Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the British Red Cross Gift Shop. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the items you are returning and the reason for the return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original condition and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Affix the provided return label or address the parcel to our returns department and drop it off at your local Post Office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
